RI FOOD SAFETY MANAGER CERTIFICATION

The State of Rhode Island requires all food establishments that prepare potentially hazardous foods employ at least one certified food safety manager. Dottie Lebeau offers training classes for Food Safety Certification and Re-certification. (You must be re-certified every three years.)

Dottie is a retired inspector from the RI Department of Health, Office of Food Protection. She is a certified Food Safety Instructor in the State of Rhode Island as well as a Test Administrator and Trainer with the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals.

The examination is available in eight languages - English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, Japanese and Modern Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Dottie's teaching approach is unique. She offers a hands-on learning experience in the Tiverton Rod and Gun Club kitchen and an interactive classroom setting. Additional classes are scheduled at other venues in the state. For more information contact Dottie.
